A late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age borer, dating to 3000-1800 BC. Made on a tertiary flake of translucent pale grey flint with a low-gloss patina. The striking platform and buld have been removed. The projecting point of the borer has been formed by abrupt retouch from the ventral along one side and from the dorsal face along the other. There are earlier flake scars on the dorsal face. Length: 26.38 mm Width: 32.27 mm Thickness: 7.9 mm Weight: 5.21 g

A late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age borer, dating to 3000-1800 BC. The implement is made from a tertiary flake of pale grey-brown flint which has patinated to a low gloss. The ventral face has a clear bulb of percussion and waves. It retains the remnant of a striking platform. At thew distal end a probably accidental fracture has been worked with abrupt re-touch from the ventral face to create the angled borer. There are earlier flaking scars on the dorsal face. Length: 61.21 mm Width: 33.81 mm Thickness: 12.12 mm Weight: 13.72 g

A fortuitous projection of the flake has been modified with abrupt re-touch to form the pointed end of the borer. Length: 61.44 mm Width: 45.30 mm Thickness: 12.03 mm Weight: 23.43 g
