A complete flint Thumbnail Scraper of Neolithic date (3450-1500 BC). The lithic is sub-ovate in plan and concavo-convex in section. The dorsal surface has short scaled flaking along all edges with the exception of the blunted proximal edge. There is a minor amount of retained cortex along the distal right hand edge and four predominant negative scars with corresponding arrises. All edges except the blunted proximal edge have fine semi-abrupt retouch.
