Leaf-shaped bifacial knife or unfinished arrowhead preform, made on a secondary flake of mid-dark brownish grey flint with areas of worn nodule cortex on the dorsal face. The ventral face has been modified around almost its entire edge by irregular semi-invasive retouch, leaving a minority of the original flake surface intact. On the dorsal face, only the distal half has been worked with irregular invasive retouch. 47.2mm long, 24.9mm wide, 7.3mm thick and weighs 8.72g. The longitudinal cross-section remains markedly asymmetrical (following the incurve of the original flake…

Retouched knapped flint blade, probably a knife or similar tool. The blade has the remains of a bulb of percussion at the proximal end of the ventral face which has been partly removed by retouch. The dorsal face is mostly covered by invasive shallow scalar retouch becoming semi-abrupt at the edges. This retouch has created a curved piece similar to the end of a sickle however there is some blunting retouch on the concave side, paticularly at the proximal end, suggestng this is not the cutting side. There is more recent damage, particularly around the convex side with the blade only r…

One end of a knapped flint knife, probably of Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age date, 3000-1500 BC. It was made from a very large flake of flint. The remaining end is wide and rounded with an irregular snap where the rest has broken away. It has shallow invasive scalar retouch covering the dorsal face and most of the ventral face apart from an unretouched strip down the centre. It is relatively thick in section with an arched dorsal face. It is made on pale grey flint with pale buff mottling. It is now 33.8mm long, 31.2mm wide and 10.9mm thick; it weighs 9.76 grams.

Proximal end of a knapped flint tool, probably a knife, possibly a scraper, probably of Neolithic or Early Bronze Age date. Made on a large, thick tertiary flake with prominent bulb on the ventral face and evidence of a previous large removal from the same direction on the dorsal face. Long, scalar, semi-abrupt retouch down both sides. Snap at distal end with chips or possibly some deliberate tidying retouch along lower edge. Mid-grey flint with paler mottling. 30.1mm long, 22.6mm wide, 7.1mm thick; it weighs 5.80 grams.

Distal end of a lithic implement, possibly a knife, possibly later Neolithic to early Bronze Age in date. Made on a thin tertiary blade with invasive, shallow, parallel retouch along the left edge on the dorsal face running around to the distal end. The proximal end and most the right edge is broken but jest before the break there is a short length of short, semi-abrupt, scalar retouch. Pale grey flint, 1.78 grams.

Pressure-flaked knife on a thin flake of translucent pale flint with some darker areas dating to the Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age. The flake has a clear bulb of percussion on the ventral face and parallel arises on the dorsal face, one ending in a hinge fracture. Down the proximal end of the right edge on the dorsal face is a break while the distal end has been made straight down by short abrupt scalar retouch. Along the left edge and distal end on the dorsal face is semi-invasive parallel shallow retouch, probably created by pressure flaking and creating a knife blade. It is 34…
