A long broad blade like flake of probable later Neolithic date (4500-2500 BC). The blade is broadly rectangular in plan and in section with a distinct 'backed' dorsal ridge - it is from the secondary preparation of a core. A very small area of mid-cream coloured cortex is present on the dorsal face. The ventral face shows conchoidal ripples but the bulb of percussion and striking platform have been removed through snapping. Both long edges and the tip have been extensively retouched. Two burnt later Neolithic or Early Bronze Age date (2500 - 1500 BC) thumbnail scrapers formed on mid grey flakes of tertiary flint. The flake are broad and squat - originally being oval in plan but they are now both D shaped; in cross section they are broadly sub-rectangular. The flint flakes are well preserved - evidence for retouch or secondary working can be seen along the curved external edges of both the flakes. A near complete Early Bronze Age barbed and tanged flint arrowhead. This arrowhead has been knapped from a mottled mid grey white coloured piece of flint.
