The shape is slightly tapering. There is some small, steep and irregular re-touch around the broad end (20% of the edge). Some plough damage.

Possible flint knife (retouched flake). Mid grey-brown translucent flint with a mid gloss patina. Elongate tapering shape. The bulb of percussion has been snapped off. The dorsal surface is fairly flat (slight waves of percussion). The ventral surface is convex and has several flaking scars. The cross section is irregular trapezoidal. One edge has been steeply retouched along its whole length. The other edge is has smaller, less steep retouch. The tip is also retouched.
