The flake is of light grey mottled flint with ridge scars from previously struck flakes on the dorsal surface, and ripples on the ventral surface. The surface of the flint is well abraded with white patination. The flake measures 31.58mm in length, 24.04mm in width and is 2.98mm thick. It weighs 2.03g.

An incomplete polished flint axehead dating to the Neolithic period, c. 4000 BC to 2351 BC. Only the cutting edge of the axehead survives and is D-shaped in plan and ovate in section. The cutting edge is noticably sharp. The axehead is made of a light and dark brown mottled flint, and there is a hinge fracture to the front of the axehead. A tear drop shaped multi purpose scraper tool probably dating to the Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age (2700 - 1601 BC). The tool is made from a secondary struck flake of mottled dark grey flint. On the ventral side there is a small bulb of percussion at the proximal end of the flake and soft ripples extending towards the distal end, suggesting it was probably struck using a soft hammer.
