A modern stone votive model depicting the Hindu deity Ganesha. The model comprises a flat, domed panel with a narrow ledge at the base. The elephant-god Ganesha is depicted dancing on the ledge. Ganesha is depicted facing forwards, with his right arm is bent upwards, and his left arm down by his waist. Engraved lines decorate the back panel above the shoulders and also to the sides of the head. A greenstone votive model or abstract representation of the Hindu deity Shiva, known as a lingam (Sanskrit for 'symbol'). This type of object is also known as a Shiva 'linga' or 'Shivling'. The Shiva Lingam is formed of three parts; a pedestal base, a pointed oval ledge, and a dome decorated with three horizontal lines. These are considered as Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva respectively.
