Early Modern, toy cannon, cast copper alloy and closely following the pattern of eighteen-early nineteenth century guns. The barrel tapers slightly towards the flared muzzle which is marked by a circumferential moulding and a narrow, incised ring. The muzzle opening is 4.5mm in diameter and is octagonal for a short distence down the bore. The touch-hole is 2.0mm in diameter and is flanked by circumferential mouldings. Modern tally, a copper alloy disc, probably originally a halfpenny of Victoria (1837-1901) bronze issue, 1860-1901. Its faces have beeen smoothed and one side stamped with the raised letters 'SP' set within a reserved rectangle. The edge of the disc has been notched. This object may be a farm tally, used to record the number of baskets of produce collected by each worker. Diameter 29.1mm, Mass 7.23g.

Early Modern copper alloy pendant. tear-shaped with a small globular projection at its lower end. Mould joint lines left from the casting process run down each of its sides. On its upper end is a 3.8mm diameter, integrally cast, suspension ring. This is separated from the main part of the pendant by a group of small, scrolled mouldings. The pendant is best interpreted as part of an earring and can be paralleled by the more highly decorated pendant LANCUM-9EC2B7 which was assigned to an eighteenth century date. Copper alloy weight for a Portuguese 'Moidor'. Circular, stamped, on both sides with the inscription 1// MOID executed with separate letter stamps suggesting that it was informally made. This weight may be compared with WAW-17D846 although this bore some impressed decoration. Portuguese Moidor were in use in England c. 1720-40. Diameter 19.7mm, Thickness 4.5mm, Mass 10.09g.

Part of a cast copper alloy object made up of a C shaped beaded loop with an original radius of 15mm and 4.1mm diameter section. One end of the loop is missing but through the other is a 1.5mm diameter transverse hole. Cast integrally with this is a loop, now crushed, but with an original diameter of c. 7.5mm and a width of 6.9mm. Around this runs a decorative band fill with raised motifs including rings of five pellets surrounding a central pellet. This object might be interpreted as the fitting for a large fob seal. Cast copper alloy buckle, annular D sectioned with a flattened inner face. The upper edge bears a circumferential recessed band which contains a row of raised pellets. This face has been gilded. On the back of the buckle are two raised areas showing where the buckle bar had been fitted.

Cast copper alloy button, domed, hollow underside containing a 5.8mm diameter loop cast or soldered into place. This is crushed and now lies parallel to the button's back. The face of the button bears a recessed panel which contains, in relief, three cannon, set in a vertical column. Above them is band containing three bezants separated by stacks of cannon balls. The underside bore an inscription, now damaged by corrosion but the letters '..I LL.......ARP...can be read which must represent part of the manufacturer's name.
