A Modern copper alloy cap badge dating to c. AD 1902-1931. The badge face is circular with a flaming grenade (flames of 19 points) coming from the top of the circle. The face is inscribed with NORTHUMBERLAND around the top and FUSILIERS around the base in a border, within the centre is the figure of St George, facing left, slaying the dragon. It is die-stamped. The slider is still in situ, attached probably by solder, to the centre of the reverse of the grenade and it terminates at the base of the reverse of the badge face.  Dimensions: length: 41.3mm; width: 33.8m…

A Post Medieval to Modern silver finger ring inscribed with initials, ‘W. J.’ The ring has a shield shaped, flat bezel with incised initials ‘W. J.’ in italic script at the centre. Around the bezel is a shield-shaped incised border. Below the initials, the decoration consists of two incised horizontal lines, one shorter than the other. Above the letters and below the lines are several incised notches also forming part of the decoration.
