It is trapezoidal in shape and the distal end is missing, but this is not a recent break. It measures 18.31mm long, 9.65mm wide, 0.5mm thick and weighs 0.5 grams. The flint is mottled pale brown in colour due to its patination. The blade dates to the Mesolithic to early Neolithic periods (-8300 - -2900).

The proximal end is obliquely angled and has some re-touch, the distal end has possible re-touch. The flake measures 20.86mm long, 8.33mm wide, 3.5mm thick and weighs 0.5grams. The blade is complete, with the proximal end having an obliquely angled striking platform and a feint bulb of percussion on the ventral face. The dorsal surface has three vertical negative linear scars and there is evidence of re-touch along the distal end. It is trapezoidal in section.The flint is a pale mottled grey to white in colour. A probable Mesolithic flint microlith. The flint is an elongated triangle in plan and is triangular in section. The ventral surface has a slightly undulating surface, but it does not appear to be ripples. One lateral edge has a notch on the edge which appears to be formed by one or possibly two scars. A knapped flint core. In plan the core is oval and in section it is sub pointed-oval. The dorsal surface has multiple vertical slender negative scars whaereas the ventrical surface has a single convex scare and a smaller concave one. Along one edge there is a slender patch of cortex. The flint is an opaque light brown colour which has a waxy texture. The core weighs 6.1g and measures 23.58mm long and 22.3mm wide. This core, probably dates to the Mesolithic period, and possibly the Neolithic period (-8300 to -2100).

A probably knapped flint core. In plan the core is sub-semi-circular with a flat platform as the upper edge. In section it is a sub-circular which gradually decreases in size towards the base. The sides of the core have multiple negative flake scars with a strip of cortex also remaining. The core is made from a dark grey/brown coloured flint. The core weighs 7.9g. It measures 18.15mm from the upper to the lower edge and 22.22mm wide. Phil Watson (Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery) comments the core is likely to date to the Mesolithic period (-8300 to -4500).
