The rim is bevelled internally and each face has linear striations. A fragment of a Medieval copper-alloy small rotary key (c. 1200-c. 1500). This fragment is a lozenge-shaped bow with a knop at each corner. The frame of the bow is sub-square in cross-section. The bow is drab green and a break has occurred at the end of the bow. There would probably have been a small collar between the bow and stem. A complete half of a Medieval or post-Medieval copper-alloy two-piece swivel fitting (c. 1200-c. 1700). This is the female half of the fitting. The male component may have been a frame of similar shape or possibly a hook for suspension (see YORYM-910FAE). The frame is circular in plan and circular in cross-section except for the bezel-like terminal which is flat at the top and slightly concave on the underside.
