A fragment of a Medieval to post-Medieval copper-alloy cooking vessel (c. 1200-c. 1700).
This fragment is sub-rectangular in plan and is curved in side profile. The rim is bevelled internally and each face has linear striations.
The vessel is drab greyish green with patches of copper-alloy corrosion products

A fragment of a Medieval copper-alloy small rotary key (c. 1200-c. 1500).
This fragment is a lozenge-shaped bow with a knop at each corner. The frame of the bow is sub-square in cross-section.
The bow is drab green and a break has occurred at the end of the bow. There would probably have been a small collar between the bow and stem.
Length from knop to break: 18.8mm; width: 19.1mm; thickness: 2.5mm. Weight: 0.80g.

A complete half of a Medieval or post-Medieval copper-alloy two-piece swivel fitting (c. 1200-c. 1700).
This is the female half of the fitting.
The male component may have been a frame of similar shape or possibly a hook for suspension (see YORYM-910FAE). The frame is circular in plan and circular in cross-section except for the bezel-like terminal which is flat at the top and slightly concave on the underside. This pendant is cruciform in plan and the upper part of the top arm serves as a suspension loop which is at 90° to the plane of the main body. An incomplete Medieval to post-Medieval copper-alloy closed heavy duty thimble of 'beehive' type (c. 1400-c. 1550).
The sides are slightly curved and have ten turns of spiralling circular indentations. These spiral clockwise from the rim to the centre of the top. The rim is unthickened and has a cirumferential groove beneath the indentations. There are no marks relating to the manufacturing process.
It has a dull green patina and the break is old.

An incomplete Medieval uniface copper-alloy coin-weight, possibly issued during the reign of Ferdinand and Isabella of Spain (c. 1469-c. 1504) and possibly issued in the Low Countries.
This coin-weight is roughly square in plan and rectangular in cross-section. Each edge is straight (not bevelled). The obverse has two busts, depicting Ferdinand and Isabella, facing each other within a beaded circle.

A complete post- Medieval copper-alloy Lion of St Mark jetton, possibly issued by Hans Schultes II (1586-1603). Mitchiner (1988: 406 refs: 1382, 1383). Similar but has a different reverse inscription.
The jetton is thick, typical of Hans Schultes II, Lion of Saint Mark issues.

A complete Medieval copper-alloy spur buckle (c. 1200-c. 1400).
The frame is circular in plan and is bevelled internally at the rear. The integral plate tapers in width from the frame to the attachment end. Close to the frame a separate rivet made of iron is corroded. A rivet at the attachment end is integral and has a copper-alloy a rove.
The buckle is drab brown and traces of gilding can be seen at the front.

An incomplete Medieval to post-Medieval copper-alloy leg from a tripod vessel (c. 1250-c. 1650).
The leg is sub-rectangular in plan and sub-triangular in cross-section, flat at the back. The sides are straight when viewed from the front. The front has a prominent central longitudinal rib with ribs either side. The base is worn through use.
This leg has a dull green patina and flecks of consolidated soot. Shallow 'scratch' marks can be seen close to one long edge at the rear. The transverse break is old.

The leg is sub-triangular in plan and cross-section, flat at the back. The sides of the leg are slightly convex when viewed from the front. The front has three longitudinal ribs, one at the centre and one at either side. The broken top is part of the inner surface of the vessel. The base is worn through use.
This leg is drab dark grey with patches of consolidated soot. The inner surface has a green patina and the break is old.

A complete and corroded half of a Medieval copper-alloy two-piece swivel fitting (c. 1100-c. 1500).
This half is the 'female' component of the swivel fitting. The frame is very worn and is irregular in cross-section. The shoulders appear to be plain but prior to corrosion they may have been zoomorphic. The pierced terminal that accommodated the male component has a circular hole, c. 2.4mm in diameter. The hole has parallel sides and would have accommodated the missing 'male' section.

This undecorated button is similar to numbers 1384, 1386 and 1388 in, “Dress Accessories, 1150-1450” (Egan, 1991, figure 178 and p. 274). A Medieval copper-alloy circular double-sided coin weight for a Noble (c. 1412-c. 1464).
This weight has an unusual reverse.
The obverse has a raised design of a single masted clinker built ship (cog) with standing rigging. The forecastle is off flan and the after castle is depicted as a voided lozenge, ‘B’ to right of masthead. The reverse has a circular stamp at the centre which depicts a human figure in a sitting or stooping position facing right, right arm lowered, left arm raised. There are multi-directional file adjustment marks on the reverse.

A complete Medieval copper-alloy and gilded harness mount (c. 1200-c. 1400).
The central feature of this mount is lozenge-shaped with a debased fleur-de-lis moulding projecting outwards from each side of the lozenge. A circular rivet hole at the top and bottom of the lozenge is filled with decayed material. At the bottom of the mount a double pierced lug contains an iron axis bar that a pendant suspended from. At the front, within the lozenge, a quatrefoil cell is partially inlaid with red enamel. Flecks of gilding are present outside the cell.
