An incomplete Medieval copper-alloy harness pendant (c. 1150-c. 1300). The pendant has a worn through suspension loop which is 90° to the plane of the plate. The wavy edged plate is leaf-like or insect-like in form with ridges on the front that possibly represent veins. The reverse is plain. This pendant is drab green. Length: 39.0mm; width: 26.2mm; thickness: 7.1mm. Weight: 5.35g. Compare with: NLM-E0BF15 and WILT-E84E30.

A complete Medieval copper-alloy book mount (c. 1150-c. 1300). This umbonate quatrefoil mount is domed at the front and largely concave on the reverse. It has four evenly spaced lugs situated at the base. Each lug has a circular rivet hole and one rivet, made of copper-alloy, remains in situ. All four lugs are flat at the front and rear. At the front the dome may have been decorated but none can now be seen. However, some similar mounts are decorated with a cross saltire at the front. The frame is oval in plan, convex at the front and flat at the rear and measures 11.5mm in length, 16.3mm in width and 1.8mm in thickness. It has an ornate outside edge and a narrowed off-set bar.
