A complete and slightly misshapen Medieval copper-alloy annular brooch pin (c. 1200-c. 1500). The pin has a shaft, collar and loop. The tapering shaft is circular in cross-section and close to the collar its diameter is 2.1mm. The circular collar has a diameter of 4.7mm. The open loop is flat on both faces and has a thickness of 1.4mm. Length: 27.7mm; diameter of collar: 4.7mm. Weight: 0.73g. This buckle pin is corroded and green with flecks of a darker green patina.
