A Medieval 1300 to 1400 AD copper-alloy conical seal matrix. The die of the matrix is circular with a tapering hexagonally faceted handle extending from the reverse. The handle terminates in a lozenge-shaped terminal with central perforation which would have served as a suspension loop. The seal shows a crude representation of the head of St. John the Baptist on a platter. There is no legend. The death of St John the Baptist is a common subject on seal matrices. Similar toDENO-DC076F on the database. The length is 20mm, the width is 21mm and the weight 7g.

A late Medieval cast copper alloy personal 'tall handle' seal matrix with a handle that is hexagonal in cross section and a die that is circular in plan. The die is slightly damaged around the perimeter and is 34mm in diameter. The central motif of the seal is a lamb and flag (the Agnus Dei or Lamb of God); the lamb is front facing with its head looking back over its shoulder at the flag which is in the top middle section surrounded by lettering: Seal of William possibly De Houdris legend *S WILDEHVODRIS*. Lead alloy circular seal matrix dating to the 13th - mid 14th century AD. The face features an inscription in the outer border with possibly a floral or fleur-de-lys design in an inner circular border in the centre. There is an inscription around the outer border divided by a cross. The inscription reads + S' RADVLFI BRVH with a space-filler at the end which looks like a sideways S. An incomplete medieval lead seal matrix dating from 1400-1500. The badge is discoid in shape decorated with a 6 pointed star in relief in the centre. Surrounding the star is a circular border containing the inscription +S' WILL'I DE TVLEBI. An incomplete lead seal matrix of medieval date, c.AD 1200 - 1300. The seal is roughly shield-shaped, with a slightly rounded top and sides curving to a blunt point. It has the remains of an integral lug set on the reverse at the top. The central motif is an eight-pointed flower or star within a shield-shaped border, with straight top and sides curving to a point. The circumferential legend reading + S' MARGERIE: DE NEVIL (Seal of Margery de Neville). The length is 27mm, the width is 17mm and the weight 3.22g.

A complete copper alloy Seal Matrix of Medieval date (AD 1300-1400). The seal matrix has a circular die, with a tapering handle. The handle has a hexagonal cross section, and terminates with a complete sub-trefoil suspension loop, which has a collar beneath. The die bears the image of a shield surrounded by lettering now illegible. Similar examples can be seen on the Portable Antiquities Database: WILT-34BEA2, WAW-A7F923 and SF-6FB704. The length is 25mm, the width is 18mm and the weight 7.30g.

A copper alloy Medieval Vesica seal probably dating 1200 to 1400 AD. The central motif is of a unicorn rampant separated from a legend around the edge by two concetric narrow vesica shaped beaded rings. The legend is now indistinct and illegible as the matrix is very worn and the patina is a very dark green-black. The reverse is undecorated with traces of a central lug. The length is 37mm, the width is 22mm and the weight 6.63g. The seal shares similarities with records SOM-BBE4EB, KENT-802B2B and IHS-73EF31 on the database.

A Medieval copper alloy seal matrix dating from the13th-14th century AD. The seal matrix is in the form of a flat pointed oval with a perforated lug on the reverse. The central motif appears to be a stylised fleur-de-lys with surrounding legend reading + S' IOhANE DE EST.. (Seal of Joan of East..; the final letter cannot be read). The matrix is thick and the edges appear eroded. The length is 28mm, the width is 30mm and thickness 13mm. Similar to GLO-4ADA38, BERK-A2AFA3 and BERK-4347F2. Women's seals represent about 20% of all readable named seal matrices on the PAS database.

Lead Medieval vessica seal matrix fragment inscribed but broken and therefore illegible dating between 1200 and 1300AD. The matrix is a pointed oval (or vessica) shape, lentoid in form and rectangular in section. The reverse has a circular loop attached to a rectangular plate which merges into the main body at its lower end. A complete cast copper-alloy medieval seal matrix of conical form (c. 15th century AD). The handle is hexagonally faceted. The suspension loop is recessed and six-sided, protruding in a pentagonal form. It has a slightly off-centre circular perforation.
