A complete but worn copper alloy 'three circles' type jetton of Tournai, dating to the reign of Louis XI (1461-83) or Charles VIII (1483-1497). The obverse depicts three circles each containing a quatrefoil; in each angle is a fleur de lis. The legends are hard to decipher - they may have a religious or nationalistic motto or be nonsensical. The reverse depicts a broad ended cross pattee with a flower in each angle. Mitchener (1988: 211) no. 607.

An incomplete sheet copper alloy buckle plate strap end of medieval date. The plate is broadly tongue-shaped in plan with one straight and one pointed terminal. The upper surface of the plate is decorated with a pattern of engraved zigzags ('rocker-arm') in a herring bone arrangement. There are two separate copper alloy rivets either side of a circular hole; an indentation through this hole suggests wear from a pin. A complete cast copper alloy annular brooch of medieval date. The brooch is small in diameter, comprising a flat annular ring with constriction for the intact pin, which is also of copper alloy. There is traces of silvering on both the brooch and the pin. The upper side of the brooch has an inscription but it is too worn to decipher - it may be a pseudo inscription, something that is regularly seen on this type of brooch. An incomplete cast copper alloy strap fitting or harness mount of medieval date. The fitting is rectangular in plan and plano-convex in cross section. The upper surface fo the mount is decorated with recessed triangular cells which retain their gilding. The are arranged point-to-point towards the centre of the longitudinal ridge of the mount. On the underside of the mount is the remains of an integrally cast attachment shank. Suggested date AD 1300-1500.

An incomplete medieval buckle consisting of only the buckle plate. The plate is formed from a single piece of sheet copper alloy folded in half - the fold would have looped around the buckle frame. A strap would have been inserted into the void between the plates and secured by a single copper alloy rivet, which is extant. Both surfaces of the plate have scrolled / swirling decoration, possibly floral, and have also been gilded, much of which survives. Suggested date AD 1250-1400.
