A medieval copper-alloy zoomorphic harness mount, dating to c.AD 1100 - 1200. The mount is largely oval in plan and has a raised squared dome in the centre. The central square dome is decorated with a lions head in relief, drop shaped eyes, a rectangular nose and mouth are depicted. The outer border is flat and decorated with radiating lines representing a mane. An incomplete Medieval copper-alloy octofoil harness pendant, dating to AD 1200 - 1400. The object takes the form of an octofoil with eight lobes projecting outwards from a central, ciruclar plate.The lower lobe is missing, the two eitherside are incomplete. Attached to one of the lobes is an incomplete suspension loop.
