A Medieval to Post-Medieval lead-alloy mount, dating to c.AD 1200 - 1600. The mount is circular with a central cross decorated with a row of pellets and larger central pellet. The circular border has moulded triangular motifs project inwards at each angle of the cross. All decoration is in deep relief which might have been to accommodate some coloured material in imitation of enamel. The reverse of the mount has a broken circular sectioned integral rivet in the centre. Diameter: 29.6 mm  Weight: 18.62 g

A medieval copper-alloy bar mount, dating to AD 1350 - 1400. A small bar mount with a large central lobe and smaller terminal lobes. The central lobe is sub-circular, hollow backed and decorated with four horizontal flanked lines. The flanking terminal lobes are much smaller and almost circular. Each has a circular hole for now missing rivets. The centre of the mount is also pierced. Reference: Egan and Pritchard (1991) p 213-214 no 1161. An incomplete large medieval copper-alloy heraldic mount, dating to c. AD 1300 - 1500. It is quatrefoil in plan with a pointed projection between each lobe, it is rectangular in section. One side lobe remains, the other is incomplete. The remaining projection has a 3mm circular attachment hole, there is also a small hole in the centre of the mount. A fragment of Medieval copper-alloy plate/mount possibly from a reliquary, dating to AD 1200 - 1500. The plate is sub rectangular and bent to a 90 degree angle. One side is decorated with a woman praying in the bottom corner, above her is another figure praying, only a fragment remains and the forearms and hands are visible. The mount is undecorated, a small incised line separates each knops from the main body of the mount. The rear is undecorated, but has retained a fragment of an integral cylindrical shaft. There are two circular rivet holes, one at the rounded end, the other 3/4 of the way down the length of the mount. In the centre of the mount is an openwork rectangle, on either side, are two open work circular holes, At each of the shorter ends of the mount is an open-sided circular notch. There are small indentations in each of the corners of the mount. There are two circular rivets, one next to each of the notches.The front face of the mount is smooth and polished, the rear face is rougher with faint file marks. A large late medieval egg-shaped sheet metal mount dating to AD 1300 - 1500. The mount is undecorated and has a small attachment hole in the centre which has been formed by pushing through from one side, creating a concavity at the centre of one side and making the [plate convex in the centre of the other side..
