Obverse: Shield of France Modern type: heater shield emblazoned with three stylised fleur de lis - above the shield a crown, the shield is flanked by two cinqufoils. AVE MARIA GRACIA, large saltire (X) stops between - Saltire initial mark Reverse:, Triple stranded straight cross fleuretty in a four-arched tressure. Circles between arches. The jetton is pierced.
