Object type: WEIGHT
Broad period: MEDIEVAL
County: Barnsley
Workflow stage: Published
Medieval or post Medieval lead trade weight, shield shaped with a raised fleur-de-lys on one face, truncated across its broad end, which appears to have been done in antiquity. Length 40.8mm, Width 43.7mm, Thickness 8.6mm, Mass 103.68g
