Three sherds from a firecover, including part of the top and handle, the remains of three holes and applied thumbed strip decoration. Flint-tempered. This type of pot also called a curfew (from the French couvre-feu), was used to cover the fire overnight. The sherds are from a completely round pot, which implies that the room in which it was used had a central hearth.
