TREASURE CASE: 2019 T51 A silver annular brooch of medieval date, most likely of 13th or 14th century date. This thin circular shaped frame that is D-shaped in cross-section. The upper surface is decorated with a series of arches and raised lines radiating out from the centre of the brooch. The pin is attached to the frame with an integral loop. The pin itself is in the form of a dagger. The hilt of the dagger is decorated with parallel grooves. A Medieval copper alloy buckle with integral forked spacer, probably dating to c. AD 1330-1450. The buckle frame has a single oval loop, the upper surface of which is bevelled. The outer edge of the loop is expanded into a small point, with two prongs expanding from the opposite edge; one of which is broken. The pin is missing.
