Silver penny of Edward IV, minted in York (1461-1485). The coin is double struck on the obverse and there is no visible signs of any marks by the bust so it may be a sede vacant issue. Obverse has the bust of the king facing with the legend [EDWA]RD DI GRA [REX AnGLIE] . The reverse has long cross with 4 rings at the centre. There are 3 pellets in each quarter and the legend reads CIVI/TA[S/EBO/RACI]. Diameter: 14mm; weight: 0.5g
