Copper alloy Shield of France jetton dating c.1400-1500AD. Obverse has the French shield with .o. above and to the sides with the legend AVE MARIA GR[AC]IA. The reverse has grille stranded straight cross fleuretty in 4-arched tressure. Internal angles have a fleur de lis (x4) and internal angles have .o. (x4).

A late medieval stock jetton of Tournai, shield of France (Modern) type, likely to date from 1415-97. Obverse appears to have the shield of frane with 3 fleur de lis. The reverse appears to be a triple stranded cross fleuretty in treassure.
