An incomplete, copper alloy, late Medieval - Post Medieval, double looped buckle AD.1400-1650. Object comprises one complete rhomboidal loop of the buckle with the other half missing. The wide edge of the buckle has three projections, two semi-circular knops either side of a triangular pin rent. The triangular rest has a shallow groove incised into it down the middle. The breaks where the other half of the buckle was attached are old and worn.

A copper alloy, Medieval scabbard or sheath chape for a dagger or knife, AD.1100-1250. The object is formed from a single sheet of copper alloy that has been folded at the mid point into half to wrap around the leather. The object tapers towards the point of the scabbard. A medieval copper-alloy strap-end, c.1300-1500. The object is composed of two sheets of copper alloy that have been riveted together upon either side of a leather strap. The terminal of the object is decorated with a small central rounded point. The shoulders are rounded. The rest of the object is undecorated. The piece has an even green patina. The opposite end to the decorated terminal is pierced through both sheets to accommodate a rivet.

A complete, copper alloy, annular buckle, Medieval, 13th-16th century, AD.1200-1550. Buckle comprises an annular frame with a copper alloy pin looped around it. The frame is circular in cross section. There is no pin bar recess or pin rest and the fram is free moving. The pin is circular in cross section with a small sub-rectangular knop just before the attachment loop. The loop is formed by being rolled round the frame.

A medieval copper-alloy casket key, c.1200-1500. The key comprises the bow, stem and bit. The stem has been drilled to create a hollow tip. The bit of the key is composed of a square which has been notched at the mid points of the front and back edges. The bow is circular and has a narrow incised line at the point where the stem adjoins. The stem is circular in cross section.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy single-loop buckle of Medieval date (c.1250-1500). The object comprises a circular buckle frame with D-shaped cross section, and an integrally cast plate. The plate is sub-rectangular and is pierced in three places; two form the rivet holes for attaching to the strap, and the third is the hole for the buckle pin. These holes are arranged along the length on the plate. At the centre of the frame's outer side there is a pin rest in the form of a transverse notch and projecting lip. There are traces of gilding on the upper surface of the object.

A copper-alloy open-top thimble, or 'sewing ring', of Medieval to post-Medieval date. The object comprises a broad ring with four bands of hand-drilled holes around the outside. In several places, the holes have merged with neighbouring holes and in one case this has pierced the ring.
Ring type thimbles are found in British contexts from around 1450 (Holmes 1988:1). This thimble is similar to one found in Holmes 1988 fig. 4 which is dated to c.1450 - 1550.
