A Late Early-Medieval/ Medieval copper alloy mount, roughly triangular in shape and measuring 42.48x44.29x8.21mm and weighing 20.66g.
The mount has a pierced, trefoil apex (the hole is 1.47mm in diameter) 17.17mm wide. Below this a triangular arm (min.11.95mm wide, max.18.67mm) extending into a cross bar 44.29mm long and 13-14mm wide. It is pierced at either end with a c.2mm diameter rivet hole. At the centre is a domed area, concave to the reverse.
Above the concave area on the reverse are some slight projections, possibly bent spikes.

A Medieval (1250-1400) copper alloy annular brooch with 6 collets or turrets, set with a white paste (most of which remains). It measures 18.61mm in diameter on the underside and stands 7.57mm high. It weighs 4.01g.
The turrets project at a slight angle from the inside of the frame, to give a slight step to the outside edge. There is a constriction for the pin between two turrets and the wire pin survives in situ, resting between the two turrets opposite.

A Medieval (1200-1500) copper alloy openwork buckle plate, now rather bent but measuring 20.64x17.96x3.89mm and weighing 2.93g. It would have originally measured c.36mm in length.
The buckle plate (0.68mm thick) is rectangular in shape with a raised edge. Two projections (for the buckle's bar) extend at one short end and join to form a short triangular back plate (15.91x12.50mm) with a rivet hole in the point.

An incomplete Medieval (1200-1400) cast copper-alloy gilded buckle frame with integral plate, missing almost all of the frame and the pin. It is misshapen due to damage whilst in the ploughsoil, and measures 28.66mm in bent length (it would have originally been c.40mm in length). It is max.13.22mm wide and max.3.93mm thick (rivet). It weighs 2.6g.

The strap union is in the form of two triangular loops either side of a hemispherical centre. A Late Early-Medieval/ Early Medieval (Romanesque) copper alloy zoomorphic pin from a buckle, now bent into a right angle at the centre point. It measures 24.29x22.86mm and weighs 1.66g. Unbent, the pin would measure c.43mm.
The shank of the pin is flat in cross-section, becoming a little more rounded to the upper surface as it narrows. It narrows from 3.34x1.81mm to 1.79x1.08mm just before the triangular point.

The frame itself measures 20.44x22.75mm (internal 9.85x17.04mm. The roller edge is 17.84mm long and 7.24mm in max. diameter in cross-section, at its centre.
