The leg is rectangular in section with rounded edges and the outer face is decorated with a slight central vertical ridge. Medieval (mid 14th to early 15th century) buckle. The copper alloy buckle would have had a D-shaped frame, the integral spacer is incomplete. The buckle frame is fragmentary. Integral to the strap bar is a forked spacer. There are two arms to the spacer which are straight and have parallel exterior edges. A medieval (1300-1800) curtain ring. A sub-oval copper alloy curtain ring or loop, which is well worn on one internal edge. The ring has slightly rounded edges and is sub-oval in plan. In profile the loop is flat. It measures 22.76mm long, 22.53mm wide and is 2.35mm thick. It weighs 1.6g. Similar rings are illustrated in Margeson (1993) who describes them as being suspension rings which were probably multi-functional, including curtain rings. Medieval (1225-1375) scabbard chape. The chape is made from a sheet of copper alloy which was originally trapezoidal and it has then been folded creating a central vertical seam on the reverse. The lower edge forms a closed blunt point whereas the upper edge forms an oval aperture. A medieval (1275-1375) buckle plate. The plate is sub-rectangular in plan. The strap bar has been folded in half where the strap bar would have been. The upper surface of the plate and reverse are undecorated. The surface of the plate has a green patina. The plate measures 21.64mm long, 9.15mm wide and 2.82mm in thickness. It weighs 1.6g. Medieval to Post Medieval (14th to 17th centuries) lace tag: a copper alloy lace tag which is formed by a sheet of copper alloy and has been curled forming a tapering tube with a vertical seam.
