A sherd of externally glazed earthernware pottery. The fabric is reduced pale grey at the core with orange-red oxidised margins. It is tempered with abundant fine sand and sparse grog. The sherd is quite abraded The sherd has an external cordon and flanking groove around the girth. There is an internal shoulder, probably a lid seat. The exterior is decorated with vertical bands of trailed off-white slip with traces of green glaze over. Probably a sherd from a jug.  Date: Late Medieval - c.1400 - 1500 Weight: 19 g

Complete cast copper alloy vessel.  The vessel has a bulbous rounded body and base , a narrow neck, a collar at the rim and asymmetrical open handles. The mouth opening is sub-circular. The handles have differently sized sub-circular apertures and are D-shaped in cross section.
