An incomplete copper alloy transverse wing terret dating to the Iron Age (c.100 cal BC - AD 100). About one third of the ring survives.
The surviving fragment is made up of a circular cross sectioned bar bent into a curve that would have originally being circular or D-shaped in Plan. There are two surviving prominent mouldings, one placed just after a break, another at the apex of the surviving curve and traces of a moulding at the second transverse break. A probable incomplete Late Iron Age to Early Roman cast copper-alloy vessel foot, possibly from a bucket. The object is Pelta shaped, semi-circular in plan with two shallow scoops formed inside this. Between the scoops are the remains of an iron fixing whihc is heavily corroded. The item has a slight bevel all around the edges. Each face is smooth, and the object has an even green patina.

The terret is of the 'simple' type, comprising an ovate basal strap bar flanked by circular collars. A circular sectioned loop extends to either side of the collars, tapering in diameter to the side opposite the strap bar.

The terret ring comprises an ovate-sectioned basal strap bar flanked by semi-circular moulded collars. A D-sectioned loop extends to either side of the collars, tapering in diameter to the point opposite the strap bar.

A lead possible spindle whorl which probably dates from the Iron Age date, about 800 BC - AD 50. If it is a spindle whorl, it is of Walton Rogers Form C1 which has no flat faces and curved sides. The central perforation is 8.4mm which is at the larger end of the range suggested by Walton Rogers for Iron Age spindle whorls (4-8mm). An incomplete cast copper alloy Iron Age bow brooch of La Tene I type, 39.5mm in length and dating to the 4th - 3rd century B.C. The integrally cast spring and pin is missing, as is the projecting terminal at the foot. The bow is flat, lenticular in shape with a slightly plano convex cross section 1.8mm thick and decorated with a pair of grooves along the spine. These grooves taper to each end of the bow where there are sharply angled junctions with the head and foot; the latter has a stump of a catchplate running along the underside.

The attachment bar is oval in cross section and sub rectangular in plan. It measures 14.03mm wide, 6.11mm high and 5.45mm deep. The terminals either side of the attachment bar are oval in cross section and measure 5.92mm wide, 9.67mm high, and 7.98mm deep. The terminals join into a rim around the inner ring, measuring 4.48mm high and 4.14mm deep. The ring is crescentic in plan and measures 7.69mm high at the shoulder, expanding to 22.59mm high at its mid-point.

The head, bow and lozenge plate survive with the pin and catchplate missing. The brooch is bent, worn and abraded. The sheet metal spring casing at the head is folded into a cylinder to encase the separately cast spring and pin. It has half a pin slot surviving and a worn horizontal raised rib on the front face. The strap fitting is oval with a D-shaped section and a chequerboard design on the upper surface. The resulting cells are infilled with alternating red and yellow enamel. The reverse of the fitting includes two projections with centrally facing worn terminals which may be the remains of a loop. Between these two projections is a rectangular hollow.
