An intentionally cut fragment (roughly one quarter of the original flan) of an Iron Age uninscribed Southern British B 'Para Chute' type gold stater, dating to c.80-50 BC. The cut marks are visible on the obverse, where they angle downwards and outwards. An incomplete, bent copper alloy Iron Age one-piece brooch; La Tene 1 , dating from circa 350-250 BC. One piece brooch with a strongly arched bow with a plano convex cross section. The brooch has a loosely wound spring with a mock-spring hingefoot has a catch-plate that curves back upon itself towards the bow, with a transverse moulded collar and a disc- shaped terminal lobe. Possibly horizontal incised decorations on the bow.

A complete copper alloy Toggle of Late Iron Age to Early Roman date (50 BC- AD 100). The body is baluster-shaped, the centre of the object is composed of two rounded expansions with a groove between, which taper before expanding into two discoidal terminals. A loop extends vertically upwards from the upper portions of the object, straddling the two central mouldings. This loop is of circular section and extends to a rounded, sub-rectangular form.

A complete Iron Age copper alloy brooch of the La Tene I type dating to the 4th - 3rd century B.C. ' Wessex' Type, Hull's Type 1A. A cast copper-alloy terminal (foot) from a Late Iron Age linch-pin. The object takes the form of a bulbous cone which extends at the apex round into a 'button' terminal, sometimes referred to as a 'hoof' type. At the attachment end is a double ridged collar. Incomplete lipped decorated terret (rein ring) of Iron Age date c. 100 BC-100 AD, with La Tene style enamel decorations . The fragment is sub-circular in section, and would have originally been a sub-oval or D- shape, and features intergrally cast raised discoidal transverse moldings ( 2 sets of lips made up of four sub-oval projections). A fragment of copper alloy terret, consisting of the saddle-form attachment bar only and dating from the later Iron Age to the Roman period (c. 300 BC - AD 200). It consists of a strip of metal, curved in profile, with a V-shaped cross-section: one face is concave with a central longitudinal ridge, while the other is convex and fluted. It is broken at either end (old breaks).
The object has its widest part (15.2mm) at the centre, from where it narrows to 7.0mm wide at each end. The object is 52.75mm long with a maximum thickness of 5.6mm. It weighs 9.71g.

A complete cast copper-alloy mini terret, dating to the late Iron Age/early Roman periods. The terret is sub-circular in plan, with a flattened attachment side, and is D-shaped in cross section, with a flat lower surface (Int. W.: 13.3mm, L.: 12.2mm, Th.: 3.3mm). The flattened side which would have taken a strap is narrowed and recessed (L.: 9.6mm). It is flanked by knops or collars at the junction with the hoop. The object has corroded to a light-green colour with a dark-green patina where it survives. Similar examples can be found on this database, refs. NMS-032B00, YORYM-6BDBA4.

A corroded and incomplete cast copper-alloy probable strap union (harness fitting) of Late Iron Age/Romano-British date. It consists of a bar of sub-rectangular cross-section, broken at one end. At the other end is a terminal formed of a pair of conjoined bosses from the tops of which extend rounded tabs between which is a bar of circular cross-section. It is assumed that a strap would have been looped around the gap between the latter bar and the bosses.

A copper alloy vase-headed linch pin terminal of later Iron Age to Roman date (c.100 BC - AD 100), with traces of the corroded iron shank remaining.
The object has a flattened disc-shaped terminal, flat in cross-section and with worn edges to give it a now rather misshapen appearance. Two opposing 'edges' of the circle are rather heavily worn into diagonal straight lines. It now measures 26.3x24.7x5.6mm, and presumably had an original diameter of c.26mm.

A corroded but complete late Iron Age to early Roman (1st century BC to 1st Century AD), cast copper-alloy strap union of Taylor and Brailsford's (1985, 247) Type 1. It is formed of two conjoined openwork circles arranged one upon the other in a figure of eight, with a projecting narrowed strap bar on the two longest edges. A fragment of an incomplete Iron Age or early Roman knobbed bracelet dating to the period c. 800 BC - AD 100. The fragment is curved and comprises four hemispherical knobs, each around 8mm in length, 9.4mm wide and 6.9mm thick. The bracelet is hollow with a C-shaped cross section and concave reverse. The original internal diameter may have been around 80mm.
