A copper-alloy core, possibly from a plated gold Iron Age stater of unclear type, perhaps dating to the period c.60-20 BC. Obverse type is illegible or blank. Reverse type possibly depicting a stylised horse? Small areas of the gold plating remain visible on both faces, however the original type is unclear.
