A fragment of copper alloy bow brooch of probable late Iron Age - early Roman date (c. AD 1-100) and perhaps of La Tène III or Hod Hill 'fiddle' type. The fragment consists of part of the lower bow and the foot and catchplate, which are bent forwards at 90 degrees to the bow section. All breaks are old. Cast copper alloy 'strap fastener' or 'baldric hook' of late Iron Age date, c. 100BC-AD100. The fastener consists of a ring, with a 7.2mm diameter, circular section. On one face of this is a 9.7mm high, projecting stud with a waisted section topped by a 16.0mm diameter disc. Parallels for this object have been found at Camerton, Somerset (Jackson, 1990, 77, No. 81, pl 11) and Coleford, Gloucestershire (Stead, 2006, 180-181, No. 128, Fig. 82). Diameter 37.9mm, Thickness 7.2mm, Mass 39.18mm.

Late Iron Age or early Roman copper alloy unidentified object dating to the period c. 100 BC - AD 100. Discoidal in shape with a rectangle-sectioned projection on one side. The front exhibits a symmetrical design consisting of a reserved oval with a central circular recessed cell and two opposed reserve tendrils, each with a circular recessed cell. The three circular recesses and the surrounding recessed fields are filled with red enamel. The edge of the plate forms a reserve border.
