An incomplete copper alloy mount of Iron Age date. The mount is trilobate with a hollow central lobe flanked by two slightly smaller, off centre, hollow lobes. A worn projection to the edge of the central lobe, midway between the two existing outer lobes, suggests the presence of a further lobe which has since been lost to an old, worn break. A worn projection is also present at the middle of the upper surface of the centre lobe though its purpose is likely to be decorative rather than functional.
