An assemblage of 2 vessel sherds of Iron Age date. They have a combined total weight of 20.49g. 1) A body sherd from a vesel of Early to Middle Iron Age date, c. 800-100 BC. It is a mid orange grey fabric with flint inclusions. This sherd measures 30.64mm in length, 26.56mm in width, 8.12mm in thickness, 7.93g in weight. 2) A body sherd from a combed vessel of Late Iron Age date, c. 100 BC - 42 AD. It is mid grey fabric with combed decoration. This sherd measures 33.17mm in length, 25.56mm in width, 12.30mm in thickness, 12.56g in weight.

A heavily abraded and worn handmade body sherd from a pottery vesel of probably late Iron Age to early Roman date. A rectangular sherd survives, with soft fabric that has gritty inclusions fired grey at the core and oxidised towards the surface, and is missing most of its exterior surfaces due to post-depositional corrosion. It measures 33.46mm in length, 41.25mm in width, 4.49mm in thickness and 7.32g in weight. This sherd is of probably late Iron Age ot early Roman date, c.1-43 AD.

Fragment of Late Iron Age grog tempered ware, c. 75 BCAD 50. This fragment is from the shoulder of the vessel, and though does not show the rim, clearly shows a cordon. The fabric of the ceramic shows black grog temper and a little sand with traces of mica, typical of Essex clays. The surface of the fragment is orangey brown in colour, whilst the core is black. The fragment weighs 23.21g.

Sherd of Late Iron Age ceramic vessel. This sherd represents approximately one third of the rim and part of the body of a local British copy of an Iron Age Gallo-Belgic butt beaker. The outer surface of the fragment is a mottled red and dark grey, whilst the inner surface is red throughout. The fabric has a sparse black grog and sand temper and includes fine silver mica, typical of East-Anglia and Essex clay.
