A complete cast copper-alloy strap fitting, possibly a miniature terret, of Iron Age to Roman date (c.300 BC-AD 100). Description: The object is annular, with a circular inside edge and moulded outside edge. The mouldings consist of three lobes, two of which have a lip on one side. The latter comprises a finely cast hollow-backed bulbous vulvate bow, decorated with a faint horizontal band of lines.
