A lead-alloy miniature hafted axe-head dating to the Roman period. The head is trapezoidal in plan and wedge-shaped in section. The butt end of the axe-head originally possessed a circular eye, but this area is now damaged. The object measures 17mm in length, 10mm in width and has a maximum thickness of 5mm. It weighs 3g. The axe appears to be of Kiernan's Type 2 (Kiernan 2009, 126) which comprises an axe-head with a separately-made haft. A copper-alloy Nauheim-derivative brooch dating to the early to mid first century AD. The spring comprises of four coils and only a small portion of the pin survives. The spring extends to a rectangular strip of a bow, which tapers to a point. The bow has been bent back on itself and distorted. The upper surface of the bow is decorated with marginal grooves bordering a series of horizontal grooves. The catchplate is triangular in shape and slightly damaged. The brooch measures 19mm in length, 8mm in width and weighs 2.78g.

A fragment of a lead-alloy button and loop fastener, dating to the Late Iron Age or Roman period. The fragment comprises the attachment loop of the fastener. The loop is triangular with a triangular perforation. From the apex of the triangle, there extends a circular-section lug with a central circular perforation. The button, which would originally have been attached to this lug, is missing.The fastener has a length of 40mm, a maximum width of 21mm and a maximum thickness of 11mm. It has a weight of 11.2 grams.

Only a small portion of the head comprising a small length of the circular-section integral spring mechanism survives. This extends to the arched, rectangular section bow. A copper-alloy button and loop fastener dating to the Late Iron Age or early Roman period. The head comprises an elongated oval ring which is hemispherical in section. Where the head joins the shank, there is a integrally-cast moulding. The shank extends at right angles to the ring, before extending again at right angles to form the flat triangular loop, with triangular perforation.
