A fragment of a copper-alloy object, which has been variously identified as an La Tene III brooch dating to the Late Iron Age, a Roman zoomorphic vessel mount and a musket trigger guard dating to the Post-medieval period. The object possesses an arched body which is convex in section. At one end, the body terminates in a tongue-shaped foot, which is hemispherical in section. At the other, the object is broken, but notches survive at the break, on either side of the body. The object measures 44mm in length, 7mm in width and 3mm in thickness.

A copper-alloy ring, possibly a harness or baldric fitting dating to the Late Iron Age. The fitting is circular in shape and hemispherical in section. The width of the fitting varies being widest at the point where there extends a small lentoidal moulding decorated with two incised grooves. The moulding is flanked by two diagonal incised grooves. The underside of the fitting is plain. It measures 29mm in diameter (outer) and the fitting has a maximum width of 8mm. It has a maximum thickness of 6mm.

A copper-alloy Colchester one-piece brooch dating to the Late Iron Age or early Roman period. The head of the brooch comprises two triangular wings. A small fragment of the circular-section integral spring mechanism extends from the head. The spring and pin are missing. The bow is arched and D-shaped in section and tapers to a point. There is no catchplate. The brooch measures 44mm in length, 5mm in width at the head and a maximum of 4mm in width.

An incomplete copper-alloy La Tene I type brooch dating to the period c.400-300 BC. At one end, there extends downwards a small portion of a circular-section stem which would originally have become the integral spring and pin. This extends to the bow which comprises a D-sectioned oval plate, the upper surface of which is decorated with a series of ribs and grooves. An incomplete cast copper-alloy Langton Down type bow brooch dating to the late Iron Age or early Roman period, c. AD 25-60. It has a cylindrical-section head, in which remnants of the iron spring mechanism are still preserved. The bow is distorted but broadly sub-rectangular in form and tapers to a pointed foot. The scar of a catchplate is visible on the underside of the bow. The pin is missing. The brooch measures 50mm in length, while the head measures 18mm in width. The bow has a width of 7mm.
