Iron age copper alloy mount. The object is oval in form and rectangular in cross section. It consists of two circular framed recesses which just butt up against one another in the centre of the object. The reverse of these is flat with a hole in the centre? These two circles are joined above and below by two U shaped, circular cross sectioned shafts. The object is probably a sliding harness mount or a componenet of a large mount. No info referring to its completeness has been recorded.

2 Iron age copper alloy fittings, found together. 1. 19mm long, 17mm wide and 13mm thick with a weight of 8.60grams. 2. 23mm long, 21mm wide and 16mm thick with a weight of 17.92grams. Iron age copper alloy 'fob' mount, 25mm long, 24mm wide and 6mm thick with a weight of 5.96 grams. The object consists of a short, circular cross sectioned shaft which terminates in a large circular loop above a small rounded collar. The opposite side of the shaft terminates with a triangular base which is flanked by three triangular projections with damged edges. This seems to be a damaged 'Fob plate, which may have been circular or triangular when complete. Iron age copper alloy penannular brooch, 33mm in diameter and 3mm thick with a weight of 6.64g. the brooch consists of a plain circular cross sectioned loop with lobed open terminals. The lobes are plain and sit above a wide recessed collar. The terminals fit Booth classification A6, A8 and A9, which are dated to 200-100BC.

Iron age copper alloy brooch fragment, 46mm long, 7mm wide and thick and weighing 10.55grams. The object represents the bow of a brooch and is sub- circular in cross section with a C shaped form. The object is incomplete at both ends and its body widens out towards its centre before narrowing and at one end has a rectangular cross sectioned projection, which would have formed part of the brooch foot.
