An Iron Age-Roman glass bead, dating 800BC - AD100. Approximately half of the bead remains, the breaks appear to be recent damage. The bead was circular with a circular perforation measuring 14.82mm diameter. It is made from dark brown-black glass with yellow detail being trailed up, across and down the sides of the bead repeatedly. The bead measures 32.52mm diameter, 14.65mm thick and weighs 10.2g.
