A late Iron Age copper alloy fragment of a La Tene III or Colchester brooch dating 1st century BC - 45AD. This fragment is the foot of the brooch including the catchplate. The catchplate has a large triangular perforation and there are two parallel, transverse grooves on the foot. The bow has a D-shaped cross-section. Dimensions: length: 36.08mm; width of bow: 4.54mm; thickness including catchplate: 16.26mm; weight: 4.37g.

An incomplete Iron Age La Tene I copper alloy bow brooch dating 400-200BC. This brooch has a deeply C-shaped bow which expands at the middle; it tapers at each end forming the spring and at the opposite end it tapers and bends at right angles to form the catchplate. The spring has five turns surviving it is broken across the sixth turn and the pin is broken and missing. An incomplete Iron Age La Tene I copper alloy bow brooch dating 400-200BC. This brooch has a deeply C-shaped bow which expands at the middle forming an oval shape in plan; it tapers at each end forming the spring (which is no longer present) and at the opposite end it tapers and bends at right angles to form the catchplate. The catchplate is U-shaped in cross section and the end is a broken edge suggesting it continued and curved back on itself to meet the bow. A Roman copper alloy cosmetic pestle probably dating AD10-300. The pestle is crescent-shaped with a rounded back and an angled grinding surface. There is a circular suspension loop cast integrally in the centre of the concave edge. The copper alloy has a dark green patina. Similar examples have been recorded on the PAS database e.g. DENO-D0A758 and SF4012. An Iron Age blue and white glass bead with copper alloy ring, probably dating 800BC - AD100. The bead is circular with a single, large perforation through the centre. The bead is blue glass with raised knops which are decorated with spirals of white glass. There are single knops alternate with pairs of knops around the outer surface of the bead.
