A silver Iron Age coin; an uninscribed North Eastern (Corieltavian) unit (a "Ferriby" type). The flan is oval and dished. The coin is broken with one end of the oval missing. In its current condition it has a maximum diameter of 13.9mm and is 1.7mm thick. It weighs 0.92g. The coin dates from circa 30 BC - AD 10. For reference see Van Arsdell number 877 or BMC number 3218.

An Iron Age gold coin; a British North Eastern (Corieltavian) uninscribed stater ("South Ferriby type") dating from c.50 - 20BC. The coin has a diameter of 16mm and weighs 5.6g. There is an abstract wreath design on the obverse, and an abstract horse on the reverse. It is in very good condition.
