An incomplete late Iron Age to Early Roman copper-alloy birdlip brooch, dating to c. 50 BC - AD 60. The pin, lower bow and catch plate are missing. The oval head is decorated with a chevron, formed of two moulded lines, to the rear a cylindrical bar houses the spring pin and a fragment of the pin, the rest of the pin is missing. The oval head constricts, then expands into a globular knop which is undecorated. An hour glass shaped knop sits below, at the front is a small vulvate mount. A late Iron Age to Early Roman copper-alloy swing handle bucket fitting/escutcheon in the shape of a bull's head, dating to c. 100 BC - AD 100. The object comprises a stylised bovine head with forward projecting horns (one horn is slightly incomplete), directly in front are small sideways protruding ears which are oval, recessed circular eyes and nostrils and a small incised line for mouth. An almost complete late Iron Age enamelled copper alloy harness fitting (toggle or cheek-piece), dating to c.AD 1 - 100. The fitting is a sub-rectangular in plan with swollen central block and either side the arms are slightly narrowed.
