An incomplete, fragmented, Fob or Harness Fitting of late Iron Age to early Roman date (100 BC- AD 100).  The object is composed of a circular, bevelled outer frame, from the frame three curvilinear arms extend attached to the frame by trapezoidal projection and culminating at the centre of the openwork portion in an ovate domed boss. The curvilinear triskele design are of a zoomorphic form, they are comma shaped, and the terminating ends depict a dragonesque heads. An incomplete copper-alloy Fob or 'Dangler' of late Iron Age to early Roman date (50 BC - AD 100). The fob is an openwork trefoil in plan with a circular section. One of the circular lobes is missing in the majority, due to an old abraded break. The object has an integral central, circular-sectioned boss extending from the centre of the front of the object. The boss is stepped with four steppes or grooves.
