A copper-alloy ring-shaped probable bead, possibly of Iron Age or Roman in date. c. AD 800BC-410. Description: The bead is in the form of annular ring with a medium central hole. The circumference of the ring does have a slightly raised ridge. The central perforation is cylindrical The object is a mid grey-green colour. The bead does have surface wear and pitting present. Heavily worn Iron Age cast copper-alloy Thurrock/ Kent Primary type potin / cast bronze unit of the Cantiaci (c.120-100 BC). ABC120, BMC 660-66, VA 1402-42. Some casting sprue remains. Measurements: 20.39mm at widest point with sprue, 16.63mm in diameter, 3.6mm thick and 3.62g in weight. Discussion: Thurrock / Kent Primary potins are closely linked to continental examples and a number of the sub-types classified as Thurrock or Kent Primary types may be continental rather than of the Cantiaci.

An Iron Age Gallo-Belgic gold stater of the Ambiani. Of 'Gallic War Uniface' type, c.60-50 BC. As ABC 16; VA 50-56. Measurements: 18.62mm in diameter, 2.86mm thick and 5.91g in weight. Discussion: From BERK-A92065"Known as the 'Gallic War uniface' stater these coins were struck by the Ambiani in northern France almost certainly during the Gallic War [period] (c. 60-50 BC ) and imported into Britain during the late first century BC. These gold coins are frequently found in southern Britain where they circulated in large numbers, and where some [varieties] may also have been produced."

A Fragment of copper-alloy probable Colchester derivative brooch likely c. 15 BC - AD 100. Description: The fragment represents the openwork catch plate and foot terminal of a brooch. Its' upper surface of the bow has a raised cast ridge by way of decoration along the bow. The bottom of the catch plate remains folded at right angles to rest the pin in. It has a light green patin.
