A cast and incomplete copper-alloy object of late Iron age date, possibly a fitting from a tankard. Description: The strap distributor is trilobate with two paired rings and a third perpendicular to the pair. each ring is an exaggerated D-Shape in cross-section. The lower perpendicular ring has a shank projecting downwards with some flaring towards the base where it is broken and worn. It is patinated dark green with some chunks out of the lower ring. A coarse prehistoric ceramic vessel fragment. Fabric is rough with abundant pits for missing poorly sorted inclusions, mostly subrounded-rounded likely indicating plant or similar temper, also in the fabric are spares subangular - subrounded small shell inclusions. The fabric has a highly oxidised internally leaving it light grey, the outer fabric is less oxidised with patches of light brown orange visible but moslty dark grey-brown. Pot has no striations and is uneven suggesting it has been hand made. Measurments: 31.87mm high, 27.56mm wide, 9.47mm thick and 8.36g in weight.

Description: The object is comprised of two wires, sub-circular in cross-section, twisted together. The wires are roughly and irregularly facetted along their length, suggesting they were forged out from a square section rod before being hammered into a more circular cross-section. A fragment of probable Iron age torc. Description: A short length of thick gold alloy wire, which gently curves towards one end. It has been cut at both ends using a chisel or similar implement. The surface shows evidence of hammering and a few light scratches. Measurements: length: 16.4mm diameter: 3.2mm weight: 2.15g Discussion: The wire is facetted in places, suggesting it was hammered out from a square-section piece to achieve a rounder cross-section. A large D-shaped flint scraper of uncertain date possibly Late Bronze Age to Iron Age c1000-0BC. Description: The scraper is formed from a large D-shaped flint and rather than being a worked flake is a bifacially worked 'core tool'. It is itrangular in cross-section with the base being rounded.
