A very dense copper-alloy irregular ingot or chunk of casting waste of uncertain date, likely Prehistoric, possibly roman date c.2350BC - AD 410 (In the former) or Prehistoric to post-medieval in the latter c.2350BC - AD 1800 (in the latter).
Description: The object has a number of nodules and very irregular in shape. where visible through the dirt the metal is dark grey-green.
Measurements: 45.72mm long, 32.15mm wide, 32.81mm thick and 81.31g in weight.
