An Iron Age gold quarter stater of the Atrebates, measuring 12-14mm in diameter and weighing 1.31g.(20.2gn). It has slight wear, the reverse is mis-cast. Obverse: Abstracted head of Apollo right Reverse: Celticized horse right Date: Mid 1st century B C The obverse is very close to Van Arsdell 228, but a good parallel for the reverse has not been found.
