A complete Iron Age cast copper-alloy potin of British South Eastern (Cantiaci) rounded bull type dating to the period c.120 - 100 BC. Outline head right obverse. Outline bull reverse. David Holman, the world authority on Kentish potins, writes: This coin appears to belong to (probably) Holman type D4/4-1, although the casting errors visible on both sides render it impossible to fully classify.
