The copper alloy core of a contemporary copy of a quarter stater of Cunobelin. Copying a "Classic" type, this would originally have been silver plated all over (only traces remain). On the obverse is an ear of corn with [C]A to the left and MV to the right. On the reverse is a horse with CVN in the exergue. Reference: Hobbs, cf. 1850 Diameter: 10.71 mm Weight: 1.02 g
