A uninscribed cast bronze stater of the Durotriges, (circa mid 1st century BC, to mid 1st century AD). It is generally believed these were produced at Hengistbury Head and this type was cast in strips. The diameter is 16.05 mm, with a thickness of 1.88 mm and weight of 1.645 grams. The object is in fine condition with a dark green patina.

A incomplete copper alloy La Tène 1 brooch from the 4th-3rd century BC.
The object is of one piece construction, with a highly arched bow and a returned foot. The bow is decorated with longitudinal ridges with tranverse grooves to the spring end and at the foot. The lower end of the bow is narrowed and returns back on itself to create an oval loop, ending in a discoidal terminal. Within the oval loop there is a groove to secure the missing pin which has snapped off at the spring. Three coils of the spring survive, along with the internal chord. A late Iron Age or early Roman (c.AD 25 - 60) incomplete cast copper-alloy Colchester type bow brooch. Each side of the head an integral flat wing projects laterally, respectively both narrow at the juncture with the bow and then expand before turning down 90 degrees to form a rounded terminal pierced with a drilled hole. Near each hole is a transverse moulded or engraved groove and a V-shaped nick in each edge. An integral chord-hook on the head is similarly decorated. A cast copper-alloy La Tène III brooch of late Iron Age to early Roman date, Circa 25-100 AD.
The pin appears to have snapped off at the second spring coil - usually, these brooches have four coils - and there is a solid axis bar. The bow has treble horizontal bands above and below a collar with angled grooves. The lower treble band has a single band below. The bow sides have a linear groove which terminates at the incomplete, openwork foot. Length of bow:41.09 mm. Width at head: 9.93 mm. Weight 5.601. References: PAS record YORYM-1AE283.

An incomplete late Iron Age to early Roman copper-alloy strap union of Taylor and Brailsford's (1985, 247) Type 1. The fitting comprises two circular loops connected together. The loops are plano-convex with flat reverses and off centre perforations set towards the point at which they join and recessed on the front. To each side of each loop is the broken off ends of the terminals of a straight bar which would have run between them to accommodate the straps.
