A South-Western Uninscribed ('Durotrigian') stater, of late Iron Age date. This may be an example of a Pale Gold and Silver stater, made from an alloy of gold, silver and copper. This is supported by the weight of the coin, which is comparable to the Pale Gold and Silver staters from the Corfe Common Hoard (Hobbs 1996, p. 153).

1 sherd of patchily oxidised (red) and reduced (dark grey) Black Burnished ware type pottery of Late Iron Age or Early Roman date. The sherd is a moderately abraded rim sherd from a large, thick-walled, storage jar. The fabric is coarse with poorly sorted, abundant rounded quartz sand temper (up to 5 mm). The rim is heavy, flattened and triangular sectioned. It is slightly inturned and has an external bead. Copper alloy brooch. Plate brooch. 'Wheel'brooch. Fragment of narrow, circular felloe or outer frame. There is a central lozenge plate with a short spoke from each point, four in total, to the felloe. There is a small lug on the outer edge of the felloe at each spoke. Only one spoke remains. The central plate has an incised circle. Inside this is a concentric band of dots, inside which is the stub of a central boss. The back is flat and undecorated with a small catchplate behind the spoke.

A cast copper alloy bow brooch. Incomplete and bent. A La Tène III, Nauheim derivative. A one-piece brooch. At the head is a small remnant of the spring for the missing pin. The bow expands from the spring and then tapers to a pointed foot. The bow is oval in cross-section and is decorated with two transverse grooves about halfway down. Behind the foot is a large, thing catchplate. The foot and catchplete have been bent back.
